About Supreme Transitions: Supreme Transitions is a culturally specific agency for the Black community that fields
phone calls and accepts referrals from national helplines and local agencies to assist survivors in crisis, providing essential
DV/SA/IPV intervention services. These services include needs assessments, safety planning, and warm referrals to
agencies and service providers. Supreme Transitions hosts community interactions and awareness campaigns to increase
prevention services and meets survivors at their preferred location, by phone, or through devices with video chat
capabilities. The organization regularly holds in-person advocacy appointments, resource fairs, educational forums, and
empowerment conferences. Non-traditional healing group sessions are held monthly, with referrals to traditional healing
services provided upon request. All group sessions are facilitated by certified, licensed, or professional industry leaders
and accompanied by intervention specialists. Additionally, Supreme Transitions hosts a podcast, “The Single Mommy
Hustle,” that invites community partners, agencies, service providers, and culturally specific activists, as well as DV/SA
survivors, to discuss programs available within the community and relevant topics via social media platforms.
Ericka Murria's Vision and Leadership: Ericka Murria's journey from survivor to advocate is a powerful testament to
resilience and dedication. Over the past 14 years, Ericka has been a relentless advocate for change within Detroit and the
broader Black community. Her involvement in various task forces, cohorts, and advocacy projects has highlighted her
